Zoom 8MPX is an industrial time lapse camera with a motorised zoom you adjust remotely — for sites where the framing cannot be settled once and for all on installation day.
The varifocal lens covers 55° to 120° and is controlled from the platform: widen the field as the site expands, tighten it when you need to follow one specific part of the works. No site visit, no scaffolding to re-erect just to fix a framing.
An 8-megapixel lens delivers 4K images. 4G LTE transmission with European data SIM included, 5–20 minute intervals, die-cast aluminium IP67 housing, −20 °C / +70 °C operation, plug & play installation.
When to choose this model. When the available mounting point is far from the area you need to record, or when the area of interest shifts as the works progress. If the framing is fixed and certain, Fixed 8MPX gives the same performance for less.
